Our plans cover plugin, theme and core updates, uptime monitoring, security checks, performance reviews, backups and restoration tests, plus a defined number of support or task hours depending on the plan. You also receive a clear monthly report with everything we’ve done.

Minor adjustments and small content or layout changes are usually covered by the task hours in your plan. Larger features, new templates, or redesigns are treated as separate development projects. We’ll always let you know upfront which category a request falls into.

Response times depend on severity. Critical issues such as a down site or broken checkout are prioritized and addressed within a few hours. Medium and low-priority issues follow the SLA defined in your plan, so you always know what to expect.

No, but it’s highly recommended. We can maintain sites hosted elsewhere, but we have more control and can guarantee better performance and uptime when the hosting is also managed by Bellop.
