Minor adjustments and small content or layout changes are usually covered by the task hours in your plan. Larger features, new templates, or redesigns are treated as separate development projects. We’ll always let you know upfront which category a request falls into.

Response times depend on severity. Critical issues such as a down site or broken checkout are prioritized and addressed within a few hours. Medium and low-priority issues follow the SLA defined in your plan, so you always know what to expect.

No, but it’s highly recommended. We can maintain sites hosted elsewhere, but we have more control and can guarantee better performance and uptime when the hosting is also managed by Bellop.

Yes. If you are an agency or a brand with several sites, we can group them under a custom maintenance plan. We’ll define how many sites are included, how hours are allocated, and how reporting is structured.

You can cancel with prior notice according to the terms of your plan. Before we close, we make sure you have access to the latest backups and any credentials you need to continue managing the site on your own or with another provider.
